Hakko Hakko Desoldering Tool Maintenance Kit

The Hakko HJ2002 Desoldering Maintenance Kit is designed for the complete maintenance of your desoldering station.

The HJ2002 features:

• A Drill for Heating Element (cleans solder and flux from the heating element core)

• A Wrench thats used to removed or replace enclosure nut, enclosure and nozzle from heating element

• A maintenance Brush that cleans oxides and flux residue from heater core. Do NOT use on nozzles as brush will damage the plating


• A Wrench that's used to removed or replace enclosure nut, enclosure and nozzle from heating element

• A filter holder for 802 that holds spring filter in filter pipe. For use with 802 handpiece only. Replace if holder becomes stiff or cracked

• A spring filter (set of 10) which captures solder in the handpiece. (replace when filter is 1/3 to 1/2 full of solder)

• A cleaning sponge that cleans the nozzle of excess solder and oxides. Rinse with water only

• Nozzle Cleaning Pins & Drills ( *See specifications for more details )

• A filter holder for 807 that holds spring filter in filter pipe. For use with 807 handpiece only. Replace if holder becomes stiff or cracked

• Small and Large Ceramic Paper Filters which protect the pump by filtering flux vapors at the desolder station. (Set of 10)
