Add cooling power to your 1999-2003 Ford F-Series 7.3L Powerstroke with the Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit. This kit includes everything you need to improve airflow, substantially lower air charge temperatures, reduce EGTs, and support your truck at any power level. Our intercooler pipes are constructed of mandrel-bent aluminum and are available with either a polished or wrinkle-black powder-coated finish. This kit includes Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore technology and constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding power. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to regular silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. This package is rounded out with the Mishimoto intercooler, which feature a significant increase in core volume, extremely durable cast aluminum end tanks, and a robust bar-and-plate core. The application-specific DuraCore bootkit allows you to install our 6.0L Powerstroke performance bar-and-plate intercooler. The larger and more robust design is ideal for high-horsepower applications. Our kit also includes all necessary hardware for a secure installation of the intercooler. Our intercooler design reduces pressure drop while cooling charged air, resulting in overall increased engine efficiency.
