This is a Patek Philippe jotter, a memo pad.
It's a stationery item specifically designed for taking notes, derived from the English words "jot" (to write a quick note) and "jotter" (a person who jots down notes/a notepad).
It has a very simple design, with only a groove for holding notes and a pocket for storing a few sheets of paper.
It's a popular item recently because it's compatible with smartphones.

I think the Patek Philippe logo is the best.
This is an unused item, but due to age, the corner hardware (which I believe is made of brass, not plated) has discolored.
