ALL OF THE IGHTS ARE THERE, AND LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN GLUED IN. THE WREATH IS MISSING THE BASE, BUT THEY CAN BE FOUND. THERE IS ALSO NO MARKING ON THE BOTTOM, SO I AM UNSURE OF THE BRAND.
