Vintage Lipper Mann NOEL Letter Kids Christmas 1950s - Japan. Whimsical kids in red suits and boots play on the letters NOEL that have small candle wells on top; letters are trimmed in gilt with holly and berries. 165.Ceramic stamped #1676 (Lipper Mann) on underside. Kitschy and oh, so retro.
Estate find in good vintage condition. The red paint has been carefully restored. There are random glazed chips on a few letters, worn silver foil stamps on two letters. The letter 'N' has a hairline crack on the back (price adjusted). Sold 'AS FOUND'. Price is FIRM.
