This appears to be an item from around 40 years ago, when my father was a child and collected them.
It seems to have been a prize from a wafer chocolate or ice cream.
He apparently said it was "sparkly" back then, and he seemed to have jumped for joy when he won it ✨
There are stains as shown in the photos due to long-term storage.
I don't know much about it, so I apologize for the poor explanation (^_^;)
